Golden Visa is an investment program that allows individuals and their family members to obtain a residence permit in Greece through the purchase of real estate.

With a single Golden Visa package, you, your spouse, children under 21, your parents, and your spouse’s parents can be included in the residence program.

The Advantages of the Program

• You can obtain a 5-year residence permit. At the end of this period, you have the right to renew it for another 5 years.
• You can travel to Schengen member countries without a visa (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland).
• After 7 years, if you integrate into the country and meet the necessary conditions, you can become a Greek (EU) citizen.
• You are not required to live in the country, but if you wish, you can live there permanently.
